@Anthony Guynes - since you’re a new store, I would suggest:
• Buy a premium theme—it’s ok if it looks like all other stores, there’s a reason that all themes look the same because making the design too custom affects conversions. That’s only a few hundred dollars in spends.
• Install it yourself if you can, the process is usually simple but otherwise you can find good folks in this community too.
• Current site structure does look a bit off, I think you have a lot of low-hanging fruits from launching with a premium theme. After a few months on the theme, review the CRO data and see if you need an agency to make more micro-adjustments.
• You can also consider for more customizations on top of your store. Happy to connect you to them if you want to have a chat.

Hi everyone, we trained a model to conduct deep CRO research and provide action steps for your Shopify store to improve conversions. It isn’t 100% yet, but getting there. I’d love to offer this for free to the first 100 brands that request it… in exchange for 3 bullet-points of feedback.
. Valid only for Shopify stores, you must request it for your own store and not competitors.

Hi everyone 👋 - I’m Saps, cofounder of Airboxr: a data automation platform for DTC brands. I’m very excited to roll out our AI that helps you interpret sales, customer, and product reports. Here’s a quick video highlighting how it works (if you run a Shopify/Amazon store, do

If you're looking for the basic metrics that you should be starting with, then Triple Whale is best for you. If you've custom needs or metrics, or you use spreadsheets a lot, then I'd also suggest (my tool) Airboxr. It imports, aggregates, and run statistical analysis on your data and delivers the output into spreadsheets (and also keeps them in sync moving on). Our users use these sheets to design custom dashboards on PowerBI and Looker for their teams (we can do this for you too).

Works for me too:
#new-york - January 14, 2025 at 08:43 PM
I’m in too! Can we find a common time that works for everyone?

Any of the NRF days is good for me, I can also do post-NRF but some folks might be leaving right after the event.

I’ve used almost all landing page software so far. Currently, I’m a fan of Framer (checkout my
built on Framer). So far, I’ve been using number of signups on the landing page.
Specific to DTC, I’ve done this before:
• Create a Shopify landing page with just one SKU (I used Magento back in the days, but Shopify is better now if you’re getting started). Framer now has a Shopify integration, so you can use that for your landing pages too.
• See how many people go through to checkout steps, enter their email etc. If you have the product ready, feel free to sell it or mark it as OOS and ask users to sign up for a notification when it’s back in stock.
• Create separate versions of the landing page to see what messaging works.
#everything-marketing - December 10, 2024 at 04:34 AM
Not a DTC Director (anymore), but I’ve recently worked with 4 brands to help with goal setting and identifying action-steps they can focus on to hit those goals. Happy to share what I’ve learned. I’m up for a group huddle in the AMs or a one-one.
#paid-media - December 04, 2024 at 12:55 PM
I always launch with a landing page before I have a product. Another thing I have wanted to do (will defo do for my next one) is to make them pay an amount (and refund later + maybe Amazon gift in exchange for a call with you).
Getting emails through ads is easier but getting them to make a payment is very tough.
#paid-media - December 04, 2024 at 07:45 AM
If you’re a newish brand with $5k in budget, I highly recommend one of the founders to run marketing (like @Jared Holstad said). You will learn a LOT by looking at the numbers yourself, and will help you identify the fakes when you go back out to hire an agency. It will help to have some folks to bounce ideas off of though (and LS is perfect for that).
On a completely different note, I usually stay away from hiring friends, family, investors to work with me. It’s very difficult for both parties to take off their previous hats and act as a member of the team accountable to the same things as the rest of your team.

If your BFCM went well, you need to do this next:
1. Identify the products that historically drove LTV
2. Create a segment of people from BFCM who purchased those product(s)
3. Engage them on all platforms without resorting to discounts!
, in case it’s helpful!
#general-chat - December 04, 2024 at 05:07 AM
Nice!! @French - how did you end up doing this?
I know live pulls from Shopify don’t allow you to pull deleted product data.

We will start promoting this more next week, but I wanted to give the Limited Supply community an early peek! 🙌

.#general-chat - November 22, 2024 at 10:18 AM
Depending on how custom you want it to be, I suggest:
• Daasity (like Matt said above)
•
• Hevo Data
• If you have custom metrics, want business users (not analysts) to be able to get analysis (not just exports) done easily, also consider (my product).

Just a week till BFCM! Here are some last-minute checks to see if you can uncover more sales. 🙌
I wrote these seven points to see if you can identify any product or customer opportunities to push sales during BFCM.

@Ryan Badke - One of our partners Choco-Up does this for Australia (similar model as Highbeam/Wayflyer). Happy to put you in touch if you want.
We’re also running a partner promo with them where we offer a (free) strategic review of your business to help see areas for more revenue upside.
in case this sounds relevant.#everything-marketing - November 19, 2024 at 03:39 AM

Perplexity Shopping launch looks amazing. Coming to Shopify soon apparently.
#finance - November 19, 2024 at 03:31 AM
I was recently talking to my friend at Highbeam - it costs less to use them because they only charge for the amount you call into your account, not the full amount allocated to you. I don’t know the specifics too well, but happy to intro if you would like.
#tech-talk - November 12, 2024 at 04:30 PM
I think the
might help with this.#cx-retention - November 10, 2024 at 01:59 PM
If you are already getting sales at the current price, I’d look at what your ICP within that group look like. Qualitatively: Since you just launched, you should talk to those customers over a call (maybe send them a freebie in exchange) to understand what drove them to make the purchase, how they’d describe your product etc. Then use those words in your communication, website, ads to attract more people like them.
Quantitatively: When you have (say) 1000 unique customers, I’d suggest running an RFM analysis to find the most valuable customers—then create a lookalike audience on ad channels to find more people like those top customers. Maybe in another six months. I wrote a bit more about that approach
.#finance - November 10, 2024 at 01:52 PM
I think it depends a lot on the complexity of your business and how comfortable execs are with finance—I know a Canadian brand where all the top leaders were ex-CFOs and we (I run a software co now) have a client who does fractional for brands of all sizes. (Happy to intro if that’s relevant)
For most business decisions, you don’t need a full time CFO if you have the right data infrastructure and internal capabilities. From an accounting standpoint though, you should always defer to the experts.
#everything-marketing - November 10, 2024 at 01:48 PM
If you just launched yesterday, then there’s still time until the ads Optimize (also depends on a lot of other factors obviously). I hope you have some sort of remarketing campaign running to support this campaign too: there are 3 Add to Carts and a remarketing campaign will help remind them to complete their checkout.
#paid-media - November 10, 2024 at 01:44 PM
Are you able to see the UTM/source/medium inside your orders on Shopify Admin? If so, you can try out
(my product) that will give you an export of all orders, products within those orders, and the UTM parameters for that order. After you get that, a simple pivot table should give you the answer.#paid-media - November 04, 2024 at 08:56 AM
If you find yourself downloading CSV files from your systems, then I suggest
(my product). It’s more of a BI tool (as opposed to marketing analytics) and automates your reporting within spreadsheets/Looker.#finance - October 31, 2024 at 11:04 AM
All Limited Supply brands get 30% off on our full-price plans for six months,
.#finance - October 31, 2024 at 11:03 AM
Hi everyone, we just released a DTC financial planning model for 2025 planning (currently works with Shopify + ad channels).
to play around. You can also automate this with Airboxr, so it updates behind the scenes for your monthly strategy planning sessions.Do take it for a spin! If you decide to use Airboxr in tandem with this template, there’s a Limited Supply offer for all Slack members (I’ll share the link in the thread).

Good good. I wouldn't worry about it then. Must be a common email that sent everyone
#tech-talk - June 15, 2024 at 01:23 PM
We had a few users reach out cos of that too. But in that email, they mentioned which apps use their outdated APIs. Did your email mention their own integration? 😆
