I've used Klaviyo standard pop up got 9% conversion rate and then used same massaging on Alia and got 12%. Only worth doing if doing some ok amount of monthly revenue to cover the additional monthly cost.

As you say you are running a new ecom store as long as the site is indexed I wouldn’t be as worried about the technical aspects. I say this because you’ll see great upside if you focus your efforts on creating industry leading content and building topical links.

Obviously with that there will now be longer cash conversion cycles plus you’ll have to have on hand more inventory due to the nature of it taking longer to receive compared to europe I’d guess;.

I’ll take even higher than 4x if its possible dependent on marketing pricing vs COGs. Though personally I aim for this as a rough benchmark. I wouldn’t want to sell a product for less than 3x, as it just makes like a lot harder.
