Hey @Cristi Alvarez! So you can make the most informed decision, here's a summary of main differences:
Klaviyo integration - SS sends every affiliate event (new affiliate, new referral, commission paid, etc.) as a trigger event to Klaviyo. We also send properties unique to affiliates (affiliate codes, tracking links, commission value, etc.) as custom properties to the subscriber profile in Klaviyo so you can automate and personalize all affiliate communications through Klaviyo. All data from Social Snowball is automatically sent to Klaviyo in real time.
Safelinks - Our product eliminates the possibility of code leaks and coupon abuse. Collabs offers nothing to prevent codes leaking
Customer referrals - SS allows you to turn customers into affiliates post purchase, and build a flow of post-purchase touch-points with customers such as the thank you page and emails. Collabs has no customer referral functionality.
Frictionless affiliate sign up - Affiliates can sign up to a program by filling out a simple form, and then receive instant access to their code/link and dashboard. With Collabs, all creators must first register a Shopify account before they can enroll in your program. This creates a ton of unnecessary friction.
Dynamic payout redemption - SS lets affiliates choose between over 700 instant payout redemption options from an entirely self-serve redemption portal. Collabs limits payout redemption to bank or PayPal.
Automated segmentation - SS lets you build tiers and reward affiliates based on performance milestones automatically. (ex: when an affiliate refers over 10 sales, bump their commission, send them a gift, and trigger an email in Klaviyo). All automated.
Sign up form customization - The sign up forms you create for your website can be customized down to the CSS so that it looks like a native part of your site. Not a generic template that can be instantly recognized.

Hey hey. There's a lot to unpack here but biggest needle movers:
• Turn new customers into affiliates automatically
• Let affiliates choose where they redeem their payouts (Don't force paypal) + send payouts as frequently as possible
• Send a lot of emails to affiliates (automate all of this in Klaviyo):
â—¦ Strategic reminders to share their code/link
â—¦ Highlight affiliates that are crushing it
â—¦ Explain how the program/payouts work
• Create a tiered reward structure (ex: refer over 10 sales and get x commission increase + x free gift). Communicate the milestones well with Klaviyo communications
