Hey Pavel, after a few recent updates by Shopify, its now easier than ever to do expansions on a single store. There normally would be multiple things to consider but now its definitely easier to do with a single store instance. Here is why:

• Shopify recently allowed connecting multiple bank accounts with the following currencies to be used as your payout account. That eliminates the 2 % transaction conversion fee that they charged if your order currency didn’t match the payout currency. Also eliminates any fees connected to automatic refunds.
◦ Supported currencies (covers entire EU I believe and some main world currencies):
▪︎ AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, GBP, HKD, HUF, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SEK, SGD, USD, ZAR, EUR
• processing orders on a single store with CoD or Bank transfer payments in multiple different currencies isn’t a problem anymore. There was a recent update by Shopify that solved it and this was obviously a huge blocker for Central / Eastern European Shopify brands. This is solved if you are on Shopify Plus.
Other things to consider:

• Emailing - Should be easy, you just segment based on the locale / country data that Shopify populates for each user in Klaviyo.
• Shipping - Use https://apps.shopify.com/atlas-pickup-points otherwise its just about the setup of each shipping method in settings of the store.
• Language - You can now translate 99 % of the storefront with Translate & Adapt app. Usually the main apps on the app store have an integration ready with this app.
• Products - Shouldn’t require any work, except for product feeds and their localization. You might need another app there like https://apps.shopify.com/product-feed-10. If you are using a WMS, ERP or have some other relatively complex tool that works with products and you need to have separate products in the admin for each market, you can always hide them on the storefront via a code customization.

Understood, but thats very likely not possible, so just letting you know to save you time. The code itself doesnt have to be that hard to put together though and should work reliably.

The issue is the gallery always uses a lot of JS and other code that differs in all themes. Shoplift or Intelligems then have almost no chance of handling it in a no code way for you

Hey @Natalie Bowman the easiest way would likely be to give the product all of the media that you want to test and then test code injection on the PDP, which will hide certain images in variant B and the other images on variant A.

The test itself can likely be done using Shoplift for or Intelligems.

To me thats way too much of a drop in GM. I would probably start out at 45% and see if that works. Then continually scale down and test again if needed.

Yes, I don’t think that should be a problem in Shopify. In the Shipping settings, you can setup different zones/shipping countries and rates for different locations. So if you set up 2 locations in Shopify, for the UK and AUS warehouses, you can then set them up to only fulfill orders for their specified country/market. Inventory management can also be split in the admin between those 2 locations/3PL’s.

I think the best approach here, dev wise and economically would be to still go for a basic, unstyled template, like Dawn for example. Hire a dev to style it based on your designs and wireframes. Then use Replo to fill in the sections you are missing in the theme.
