Interesting breakdown <@U08GMTJRYJD>! That Gdoc is super useful. 100% agree with you, its going to be tough to regulate on excluding/segmenting. Even with gray area interpretation of the law and what a “customer” actually is and if you can actually send to them, its an expensive and risky way to FAFO.

Didn’t know that informing people about a very serious SMS issue that will cost brands thousands was shilling, but ok. There was literally no pitch and it’s free info.
