our sales live and marketing costs have been higher than projected for the first half, seems to be on trend with previous years, closer to 2021

Correct, CR is doing very well since launching the sale but our marketing % as of gross sales has not dropped as much as we forecasted

advertising costs are up sooo much. ive seen a 40% increase in cpc since 2021
