It’s go-time for BFCM. Just a question what other DTC brands are doing following Cyber Monday? Are you hard-stopping the discounts/coupons at 11:59pm on 12/2 or offering a ICYMI lesser-discount promoted by emails for a few days more? Seems there are all sorts of ideas on this and I welcome the learning shares. Thanks!

We've done that in the past, but most of the times sales were dissappointing the days after Cyber Monday, as most people already bought during the weekend, and most people in general already made their purchases. So this year we'll not do it, as it also is a bit of a trust factor, especially if you say it will stop and it won't, people can feel fooled and it can influence retention rates. Hope that helps to make the decision for yourself

id keep the discount for a few extra hours, and then also resend a campaign to those who added but not purchased @Christy Brown if you're concerned about the trust factor
