Hi, for those shipping to Canada from the US, what's the process now for shipping to Canada with FedEx? How do duties, tariffs, affect shipping? And how do I know how much to charge the customer (not recipient)?

Second this. FedEx and other carriers won’t help you estimate duties and taxes at checkout, and what they bill you will rarely match what you actually pay.

Passport is a great option, and I’ve got a great contact there if you’d like an intro.

Thank you @Chad Michael Carleton

And how does it work with Amazon FBM orders?

@Fames Chocolates I have a great company that can help with international shipping happy to make an introduction. Let me know if you’re still looking for one.

I don't think Passport are set-up to ship from Canada to the US. Flavorcloud are. You could also look to use a company like Reliable Logistics, Chit Chats or Stallion
