HELP… I’m a smaller brand and this is the first time we’ve run up against Lunar New year shipping concerns (launched last Feb). We were provided UPS tracking info on 1/21 but UPS still doesn’t have possession of the shipments and it’s never taken this long. We ship by air and they typically have possession within a few days. Is it possible this will not ship out of China? I’m out of stock on our biggest seller and this shipment is a massive restock. Of course the manufacturer hasn’t been responsive when asked for local shipping information since they are shut down.

<@U087JMS6328> OK so it’s not that it’s not going to get to UPS (this was my biggest fear), it’s just that it will take longer. That’s a relief although still frustrating,
