Anyone use Airhouse as a 4PL? How has the experience been?
@Nate D I have used them! Their customer service is great and their platform is user friendly, but we often found inventory discrepancies which made things challenging. At this time they do not have lot tracking so I would only recommend them for hard & soft goods, feel free to DM me if you have more questions!
@Taylor Torro Thanks for the info! What kind of return volume were you dealing with? We sell a protein powder-based product and do not restock product back into inventory in the case of a return.
Hey @Nate D Not sure if you've gotten what you need here re. Airhouse. I know their team well - their CEO/Founder is a good friend. Would love to understand what your use case is so I can help you determine if that 4PL model is right for you. As you probably know, there are many, many 3PLs (and 4PLs) and it's important to map what you're looking for against a specific provider's ideal client profile ("ICP").
