Is anyone using ChatGPT (or sub your favorite AI tool) for anything meaningful specific to Amazon? Trying to figure out narrow case uses for it to improve internal operations on Amazon

for analysing negative reviews to see if they go against TOS. If they do, then GPT drafts a message that we can then send to support etc to hopefully get them taken down
