Inquiring About #amazon NARF and FBA Usage Simultaneously in Canada - Seeking Experiences and Recommendations

Hey everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! I'm reaching out to this fantastic Amazon group chat to seek some valuable insights and experiences regarding using NARF (North American Remote Fulfillment) and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) simultaneously for Canada.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from sellers who have opted to leverage both NARF and FBA services in Canada. If you've had experience with this combination, I'd love to learn more about:

1.The overall efficiency and effectiveness of using both NARF and FBA in the Canadian marketplace.
2.Any challenges you might have encountered while managing both fulfillment methods concurrently.
3.The impact on shipping times and customer satisfaction when using both services together.
4.Any recommendations or best practices you'd like to share with those considering this approach.

Whether you've had a positive, negative, or mixed experience with NARF and FBA in Canada, your insights will be incredibly valuable to me and others who might be contemplating a similar strategy.

I'm really excited to hear about your journeys and gather some recommendations from seasoned sellers like yourselves. Your collective knowledge and expertise can undoubtedly help us make informed decisions about fulfillment strategies on the Canadian platform.

Thank you in advance for your contributions to the discussion! Looking forward to some insightful conversations.

Fully agree with Jake, NARF is great for when you’re testing into the potential interest for your product in Canada. However, it’s not a great strategy for the long term. There’s delayed delivery and a higher cost that the customer needs to incur due to NARF that impacts your listing conversion rate. I also echo the same 3x incrementality when you switch from NARF to FBA once you’ve proven out interest and demand exist.
