What type of product are you trying to sell ?

If it's a supplement and you're not able to get approved in the category you want, sometimes you can get approved in other categories to skirt the cold start. Then, come back and get approved in the one you actually need.

Sometimes I've seen Amazon been more strict the newer an account is without any history, especially recently.

its a hangover supplement. but thing is i see so many other brands sell similar products. Just dont know if they have “brand registry” vs “brand name” its been a pain in my ass lol

Is this your own product? Weird I know a few hangover supp brands and they can sell on Amazon no problem.

I think they closed the applications for this category, could open up in the future. You could try listing in other categories and bidding on the search terms more relevant to your product.
