Anyone know of a tool that monitors for % increases in BSR or keyword rank? (Increasing prices and want to monitor for big drops)...

Several tools do this, and do it well.
My top choice here is tool. Disclosure, we are partners w/ H10, and have a 20% off 6-mos, or 10% off for life promo code .. but regardless, 100% still what I use to do this. I like it because you can track it daily, or you can click on the "rocket" and track it multiple times per hour.
Others:
: has BSR tracking along with great P&L tracking, and by far, one of the cheapest options out there.
: I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure DD pulls their data from JungleScout - it updates anytime you do a niche dive, and you can refresh it on-demand.
