as an agency owner, dont look for an agency if you havent looked into what your brand specifically needs. Agencies are popping up like crypto coins, so make sure you know what troubles your having

And if you don’t know what your brand needs, don’t be afraid to ask

An agency that knows what they’re doing should be able to give you a sense of direction fairly easily

Also be sure to ask who will be working on your account. You can meet a good salesperson, but have a terrible ad manager
