hi everyone! i’m curious what service provider do you recommend to manage returns? i’m launching a supplements business and we are looking into these tech stack providers (prioritizing the ones highlighted in bold). i was recommended Loop before and would love to gather any insights. any feedback is appreciated!

Have you looked into the self-service returns feature that Shopify offers with new customer accounts now? https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/managing-orders/returns/self-serve-returns

If it doesn’t fulfill what you’re looking for - what is missing?

Not sure if you are still looking for something, but Redo Returns is my favorite. They are free for the brand and also have the option to tie in Package Protection at checkout. Plus the team is INCREDIBLE! I have 3 brands that use Redo and I regularly reach out to their support and have an A+ experience every time. Happy to make an intro if you don't want to go through the standard funnel on their website.
