Hey everyone, does anyone know of a good co-man that could handle packaging liquid coffee concentrate pods?

@Jonathan I've got a new packaging connection in NJ I'm talking to on Monday about a bunch of things—give me an idea of what you're needing, and I'll ask and get you connected. 😊

Thanks so much @Jennifer Yoder! Just what I asked above. Basically I want a pod that'll hold a coffee concentrate - similar to the little coffee creamers you see at McDonald's. Super appreciated!

Ah! Ok now I've got the visual @Jonathan (forgive me, this part of supply chain not usually my wheelhouse but I've heard more need so I’ve been connecting with more people lately).

Glad I asked. Ok, this I can give him. Do you have an order volume in mind?

It'd be a small run. Probably boxes, with 12 units a box?

Jonathan January 16, 2026 at 05:03 AM

So, 72,000 pods to 120,000 pods? @Jennifer Yoder

Great! Just heard back from my new friend, and he's pretty sure he knows someone who can do it. And bonus, I'm pretty sure this friend does the kind of packaging you'll need for the boxing, if you're looking for options there, too! Dm me your contact info, and I'll introduce you via email. 😊 And beyond that, I'm super curious about what you're planning, let's chat!

I'm involved in all things community for retail and tech — retail in the big tent sense, online & offline, DTC, CPG, apparel, accessories, leather goods, etc. And now I work doing fractional CMO & CCO services, partnerships, tech stack evaluation, solutions integrations, brand marketing, brand equity promotion (eg. How to use organic social to storytell and build valuation, especially when you might eventually raise capital, using everything I learned from +15 yrs in luxury brands).

So I love meeting folks in community and hearing about what they're working on, and I often have good things to impart. Glad to help, @Jonathan — especially that I was able to connect great folks! 😊
