Has anyone tried or is using TOKI as an altrernative to Yotpo? Our team got pitched and they look good on paper. Be interested if anyone has any real life experience. Thanks

we've experimented with Toki on one of our brands / really like what Elise is doing. not the day to day manager of implementation but happy to chat on it.
most interesting aspect to me is notion of building sorta guilds of like minded brands where loyalty points can be good on each other's sites

Had a great meeting with Elise @Michael Mallazzo really impressed. Will keep the group informed on progress @Shin Takeda and definitely a Yotpo (and other apps) competitor to look out for.
