Has anyone ever setup a post Purchase Klaviyo email that offers a product at a discounted rate that can be added to the order? Trying to figure out sleekest way to do this without doing separate orders
Unfortunately, the only way to offer the discounted product after purchase would be to create a separate order or manually update the original one in the backend.
Out of curiosity, is there a specific reason you're not using an upsell app like? You can offer the discounted item directly on the thank you page which automatically adds it to the original order when clicked.
Thank you! We could do that, v1 approach was going to be a plain text email from founder to also start a conversation but can test that with Rebuy for faster implementation
