Any FedEx One Rate alternatives? Or way to get better pricing? I ship 1–2 lb envelopes and small boxes nationwide (NE → West Coast). used to cost $6.50–$7.20, and now it’s hard to find anything under $10.

What label software do you currently use? Roughly how many monthly packages? Any requirements in delivery times?

I use a few.. mostly ShipStation, FedEx we have our own account, I think with FedEx one rate we ship roughly 20k monthly.

FedEx is 2 Days, I wouldn't want to be more than 5 days but even with USPS, from NY to CA commercial rates are now in the $10 range
