Is anyone using a customer service tool for their website right now - if so who manages it? Having a big issues with our fulfillment team not getting back to customers in time <10 hrs when they get a shopify notification.

No that part is set up through shopify. I'm having trouble with them responding to potential customer inquires about products and other items through our contact us form.

Richpanel is also a great alternative - they also have a lot of options to automate your customer queries.

Fair pricing, good features, integration options. Gorgias is seriously overpriced for what it is

I would highly recommend taking a look at
(it's an AI chat bot) that works on top of helpdesks for real time responses to reduce this friction.
