Iβm reviewing our Klaviyo abandoned cart and checkout flows and wanted to get some input.
Product type: Mid-high AOV (avg. order ~$220)
π Customer behavior: Based on post-purchase surveys, only ~40% of customers order within 7 days of first seeing the product. A good chunk take 14β30+ days.
π§ Hereβs what Iβm proposing:
Added to Cart Flow
β Runs over ~15 days
β 5 emails
β Starts with a reminder (no offer), then escalates to 10% and finally 15%
Checkout Started Flow
β Runs over ~10 days
β 5 emails
β Faster pace with stronger intent assumed with offer introduced earlier
Curious to hear if you think these timeframes are too long, too short, or if youβd structure it differently based on this kind of buying behavior?

We my current flows are super tight at the moment, but I thought given the time to some one making a purchase is a lot longer make me think I needed to stretch it out.
So I am going to run a split test (see attached also)
