anyone tried switching SMS from Postscript to Klaviyo? We use Klaviyo for email / popup so thought it would make sense to consolidate further - anyone had any experience with this?

piggybacking on this, are any 8-figure ecom companies using Mailchimp for email/sms?

@James I honestly don't have an answer for you, but @Camron Collard there are many, I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I remember paul jarvis was working with them a while back when he was nearing that amount

@Tarun Kamath, we have a pretty basic setup in Postscript right now but we have expanded to 4x Shopify markets (US, UK, CA, AU) - it seemed that being able to switch to Klaviyo may be easier to manage those different lists from our research

Yeah it would be! Shopify just released a new markets update, you should be able to use the shopify segments tool to tag and target in Klaviyo.

I’ve done this for a few clients! It was pretty seamless… a much easier process than moving from Attentive to Klaviyo (attentive makes it almost impossible)…

I also love being able to keep all email and sms under one platform - and create segments in Klaviyo of people who prefer SMS over email… IMO Klaviyo SMS has improved a lot. It is still more costly than postscript
