We're just ramping up our SMS efforts - only really leveraging the list around new product drops. Anyone have any insights on the best times of day to send SMS messages out?

Best to test the day and times. Fridays around 12P are our best performing send. Recently added a Tue send at 5P and that didn’t perform too well, so we’re testing 12P now.

I think this can also change a lot based on your product and when your customers would be more likely to take a decision. (eg. supplements for dads (dadfuel.com) could work outside of working hours)

You could also check the time where most of your products are sold based on your shopify orders and try sending an email 10-15 minutes before and see how that works
