hey friends! for the first time in a looong time, i'm on the other side of the hiring game. interviewing a ton of people this week for an important role to work under me at a young startup, so the person needs to check a looot of boxes 😉 my question:

what assignments have you done as a marketer or assigned as a hiring manager that you 1) didn't hate/resent (i used to hate doing them but also know it's important part of the process) 2) found telling on how someone works/thinks? one of the most important pieces of this is a major self starter, very proactive.
