Hey all, quick question.

We’re a DTC brand and our creative output is about to ramp up quite a bit (creators on retainers, editors, internal team). We already have the people in place, but we’re looking to tighten up our creative workflows so things don’t get messy as volume increases.

Specifically looking for help with:
• Creator briefs and scripts (clear, repeatable, easy to follow)
• Folder structures for raw footage, b-roll, and final assets
• Access setup and handoffs between creators, editors, and media buyer
• Simple, enforceable SOPs/flows (Google Drive / Sheets based)
• Naming conventions, versioning, and “ready for ads” standards
The focus is on execution clarity and scalability, not creative ideation.

If anyone has worked with a consultant / operator who’s helped set this up well (or has strong opinions on what’s worked / not worked), I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

Yeah, this tends to get messy fast once volume picks up. You’re basically looking for creative ops / workflow setup, not ideation.

I don’t have a go-to consultant offhand, but happy to intro you to <@U0910NW0Y3U>. She might know someone solid for SOPs, Drive structure, and handoffs.

@Andres Alla let me know what you come up with here, as we also require something similar.

One thing that I did build out was an custom agent within Chat GPT for one of my brands. It essentially is fed everything about the brand, from historical meta ads data (what works what doesnt with regards to copy), okendo reviews, brand guide, customer avatar, brand rules, creative insights, post purchase results, products lists what ever else you want.

I then create the structure and the prompts I want for the brand. We use the agent to write all of our ad copy, headlines primary text etc. The copy pumps out unique on brand and in the formats we have provided (down to emoji’s, spaces etc).
