Are branded shipping boxes worth it? Is there any big benefit to them you experienced? We’re considering using them for at least if a customer buys 2 items.

It's never a bad idea to improve the look of your packaging which results in a better customer experience. However its worth considering whether that investment could be spent elsewhere for growth.
In you situation it could make sense to send the new boxes to people who buy 2+. Or only to your subscription "VIP" customers

I think it also highly depends on if you have customers and UGC creators making unboxing videos with any significant frequency. If your packaging is often on camera, an investment into improving it might make sense. Or maybe if you want more videos like this, more aesthetic packaging could encourage that behavior.

Thanks @Emil Aghakian & @Valeriya K ! 50% of our sales come for a local Amazon-equivalent (although we advertise via FB, customers tend to buy on Lazada/Shopee) and yeah the reviews often contain the box/packaging, so I think it’ll be worth it. If anything we can text and see 👌 we’re going to do branded packaging for all orders and decide if it’s worth it to continue for only 1 pillow. Costs about $1.2-$1.5 extra estimated in total
