Anyone a FB AD pro that can help me w/ a few challenges?
• 1st ad account blocked (due to some weird payment issues - no support)
• Created a new account (payment was fine and ads are loaded) but there is no Pixel ID.

Hi Avneet, cool niche. Just spotted your post - maybe I can help.
For the first issue, you’ve probably discovered that any number of things could’ve triggered that bewildering outcome — from the card on file not matching the countries your target users mainly reside in; to your employees accessing the ad account through VPNs or from different locations; to you using a card that’s been previously flagged elsewhere.
You can try to limit who has access to the ad account (and turn on 2FA); use a more location-aligned payment method; or create a new ad account (which you’ve done); or even create a new Business Manager altogether (more inconvenient but sometimes necessary).
Regarding pixels, I’d check the Events Manager and see if you can’t generate a new pixel to associate with that specific ad account, or repurpose an older one that’s still clean.
