Make them authority style pages on the niche that’s really it.

Warm them up a bit by doing some organic posts before running ads.
Also, I’ve found that FB organic-style image ads can do very well from whitelisted accounts

How much content there should be in order it to look legit?
And how about amounts of followers etc?

Just do like 3-5 posts. I wouldn’t worry about followers
