We're getting our fist UGC videos made. For hiring, any tips on
• Video length?
• Number of revisions to request?
• Script writing?
• Other items? Legality, etc?

This post has a good list for getting started & this brief template is pretty good too.
Generally, UGC works well because it isn't super scripted. You can choose a couple of main points for the content to focus on otherwise it'll sound too much like an ad.
Smaller creators are more likely to be willing to do revisions/easy edits just because you asked but it's not a bad idea to include at least one round in your contract up front.
