My FB ad account got “disabled” by FB out of nowhere. Im not a big spender (like a few hundred a day typically) so Im confused why. And the support chat wont answer my messages. Anyone have tips?
They didnt give me any reasoning for it and just said “contact support” which I did yesterday and I included the credit card statement per their instructions.
Ive been waiting for hours on their support chat for someone to reply. Someone replied last night but it was like 11pm so I was asleep. Pretty annoying

Yeah i had some payment fails a few weeks ago on balances of like $500-1k… Been struggling with cash flow issues for a few months. Less than ideal of course, I guess I didnt realize that FB would really care that much because the amounts were small.
There’s a feedback score? Like reviews from customers?
Yeah that can play into it but usually they would disable as soon as payment fails - did you check if its currently failing?

Lol, yeah not even google can solve FB business manager’s issues of having the worst UX ever. I’ve spent 20 minutes following and cant find the feedback score, its like it doesnt exist…
finally someone got back to me and enabled the ad account. Geeeez what a crazy process! It was a random IG support message that I sent that got in touch with the right IG person I guess
It wasn't an IG message. It was form popup that was prompted from inside IG
