Meta has decreased our daily spend limit from $5,000 to $100 overnight with no warning, anyone else has had this happen? I’m talking to support and they’re useless 😭 They’re saying they couldn’t find any reason this happened but it has to go through an internal approval team to get fixed. All our payment methods are verified and we’ve never missed a payment
That sucks. Never seen that happen before. Our usual process for Meta issues is to put a VA on contacting Meta 3x day.
Thanks @Alex Golick – for anyone who sees this later; just managed to resolve it. This is so stupid. Chat was useless, but I kept trying to add different cards and verify (with no luck) but paying my $45 balance fixed it and got our daily spend limit back to $13K.

Had this happen to one of my clients too but support fixed it reasonably fast… Very weird behavior from Meta
@Stefan Jovanovic they were utterly useless unfortunately. Got lucky that it got fixed when I paid the balance and clicked around. I don’t understand them – begging them to take my money and they won’t
