Run a dynamic creative testing campaign and have the following setup:

3 creatives
2 primary copies
2 headlines

This way your possible ad variations stay at a good level

Usually 1 concept with 3 variations (hook testings)

Then after testing them for a few days and if we get winning concepts - we start with iterating (changing hooks, body, CTA) - depending on hook/hold rate & video watch % drops

On your budget I would say 2-3 batches per week are enough to properly test them 🙌

About 10 with that budget to start until each ad has spent up to 3x aov or has not spent.
