Hi all, we're launching some new creatives for our ads, as we just can't seem to get any decent traction after the first 3-4 days. I'd love your thoughts on our three new creatives going out today?

1st image
• What's sports illustrated?
• Got proof of who voted it best boxing gloves?
• Too many different fonts used, better to stick to two only
2nd and 3rd image
• Too hard to read
• Better extend the line in middle to the bottom and each side mention the difference
• You can take generic glove to the eft and show

Yep I’m struggling to read the copy on the images easily.. what’s the copy you are using in the primary text?

As someone currently in the market for gloves (and looking for right-fit gloves), the third design would catch my eye more, but the red Xs on the side of each benefit are a bit confusing. Because they're the last thing read on each line, each one looks like you're nullifying the benefit you just described (remember the
).
@Kanish Jain, a very popular news publication in the US. Great points about the 2nd and 3rd image!

I’ll send over the ad copy shortly

This is a fantastic point. Thanks @Mo!

here are some examples I like

You’re right @Kris Watts, these are much better

Try testing the same content as benefit. / outcome focused. For eg In image 1 " Molds to shape of hand " so there is a problem so change this benefit into outcome that they can achieve.

@Sean Cowie Maybe something like free from lousy training sessions due to discomfort or no more injuries due to misfit or maybe free from slipping and shifting during trainings with a bold headlines that claims what is does. These are some random ideas, but with good research this concept can be shaped well just like ur gloves.

If you want to take your Us vs Them to the next level have your main competitors glove actually in the ad and slightly blurred out.
Then for the check boxes and x’s look at the same competitors worst reviews have chatgpt aggregate them by theme and concern, have those become your strengths and finally…
Add a big ol’ headline with a highlighted background behind the text (for contrast) calling out a consumer, or the competitor or anything to hook in the attention of your ideal prospect. Niche knowledge works best here, something you have to know to know.
Enjoy your new top performing Us vs them
P.S. Offer goes into the copy headline

Love it!!! Thanks @Peter Quadrel

What’s your thoughts on these @Kris Watts @Mo @Danika Charity @Peter Quadrel

I think the headline text should have a background and perhaps looks a little squished? The benefits can also be improved

I would put a color behind the headline as cool as the color inverse is.
And the offer I would keep in the ad copy as a headline not on the creative.
If the features mentioned you think will resonate with new boxers ship it!

Thanks @Peter Quadrel, out of interest, why the offer in the copy? Is it easier for the customer to see it as a headline?

A/B test it, but for this kind of stuff we have just seen it work better as a body headline its usually an issue a busy creative.

Got it. Appreciate the guidance! 🤝

yeh I agree with Peter regarding the headline. Also I wouldn’t even mention the price, but definitely worth split testing.
I would also be exploring some stronger USP’s for your gloves. I did a quick Chat GPT and there are some good ones there. Once you have the creative design layout tested, you could then test different USP’s on the design you know works.
The design is looking much more appealing now.. well done.

Just saw this ad, maybe you can recreate a version of this for your gloves @Sean Cowie

Final design. Thanks all 😎 🔥

keep us updated on results vs other creative!

yeh super keen to hear how it goes.

Looking good. Yeah, wanna hear how it goes. Keep us posted.

It’s very oddly not really earning any spend in comparison to the older us vs them creatives. I was going to turn the older creatives off but they still have pretty good ROAS

Then keep ’em going 💪
