Hey everyone, not marketing related, but still need recommendations.

Looking for an attorney who has experience with business partnerships across borders (US & Canada).

Someone who knows what kind of things to include/consider in a partnership agreement when partners are from different countries - US & Canada.

Any recommendations would be really helpful.

Heya! We have operations in multiple countries and were recommended Orrick in San Fran. After speaking to VCs in the US, they all knew who Orrick was and said they were reputable. We were doing a flip up, so not sure if my contact is relevant but they’re very competent in the start up space as well as cross border interactions.
