For anyone using Replo, is there an app/easy way to have product bundles with multiple skus?

You should be able to just use the button interaction and list multiple SKUs

I would think so, just have 2 add to cart interactions for the middle. See if that works

If not you just need to create the bundle SKU in Shopify
