Anyone sending containers from china directly into Amazon FBA ? How does the transit time look like? What all additional fees is involved. We have Amazon FC in Fontana & Sacramento so looking to get containers from LAX or Oakland port.
Amazon just launched supply chain by Amazon which will handle everything post factory for you
Yeah but Amazon AWD with AGL is charging 2$/box as processing fees. There is limitation by weight on master carton.
ah gotcha. I imagine if you want to do what you're suggesting you could prep everything in asia and then send them over although the long transit time may make it tough for your ASN creation
Hi yes all of my items are shipped from my suppliers in China right to Amazon warehouse. Shipping is included and they label/prep as a part of the cost. Only other fees are Amazon dispersement where I send to one FBA DC and they ship inventory across their other DCs. That's generally $0.30-$0.50/unit but depends on dimensions. Lead time varies as well but in general it's 1-2 weeks production then another 30-35 days on a boat. Once it hits the port then maybe another week until it gets to the DC, then it has be be checked in so end to end you are looking at 6-8 weeks on the short end
I do want to try the new Amazon program as they claim it speeds things up, need to see if that's the case and if the fees are worth it.
