We source directly from small family farms across Asia and turn beautiful, healing flowers into sensorial rituals. Now we want to scale our TikTok Shop to reach more people who crave calm, beauty, and connection.
🎯 Goal of the Role
Own and grow our TikTok Shop revenue stream:
- Increase daily sales and conversion rate
- Recruit and activate TikTok Shop affiliates/creators
- Optimize founder-led and product videos for conversions
- Scale paid/organic testing to identify best-selling hooks, formats, and offers
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize TikTok Shop storefront (listings, pricing, bundles, promotions)
- Recruit, vet, and activate creators through the TikTok Affiliate Marketplace
- Track creator performance, gifting, and ROI
- Run spark ad tests and report weekly KPIs
- Research viral trends, sound libraries, and competitor shops
- Coordinate with the founder for content approvals and creative direction
💼 Ideal Candidate
- Proven results scaling TikTok Shop for other CPG, beauty, or wellness brands
- Understands TikTok Affiliate ecosystem and creator outreach
- Creative thinker who knows what converts (hooks, trends, CTAs)
- Excellent English communication + reporting discipline
Bonus: experience in tea, skincare, or wellness categories
🕒 Commitment
- Part-time (10-20 hours/week), remote
- Weekly progress report on sales + creator KPIs
