Seeking reco's for a brand and packaging designer and for a Shopify developer suitable for a low 7-figure company in the natural haircare space with a tight budget.
I'm starting to work with a new client and putting together a plan and budget for them. I know they need to update their brand and packaging and re-platform their site to Shopify (and redesign it), but I also know they'll resist if it's too expensive.
So I'm hoping to find some great options here. Because my management time is limited, I need partners that are easy to communicate with, responsive, and get things right the first time. I've had issues with these things with some offshore partners. So I'd really like recommendations from people with first-hand experience working with the partners they're recommending... and no direct solicitations.

Thanks @Deb Mukherjee I'm familiar with these options for Shopify devs. I'm really hoping to get direct recommendations from people who've worked directly with a particular person for these needs.

@Tim Masek It was more the rates that I was concerned would not be a match with you based on a conversation we had some time ago. This is a tiny company that hasn't invested in marketing and there's a lot they need to do with their meager budget.
