🚨 Freelance Opportunity: Google & Meta Ads Lead (Remote, No Agencies)
Posting on behalf of a confidential education and beauty brand I’m consulting for. We’re looking for a hands-on paid media freelancer to lead digital acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role for someone who can fully own strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Lead Ads with a focus on Google.
No agencies. Individual contributors only.
What you'll do:
• Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
• Execute and scale Meta Lead Ads using Instant Forms, testing targeting, messaging, and creative
• Analyze funnel metrics to improve CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Propose and test new campaign structures, keyword strategies, and creative concepts
• Review landing pages and provide CRO and message-matching recommendations
• Build weekly dashboards with clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative iterations and testing
• Ensure accurate tracking using UTMs, GA4 goals, and attribution tools
What we’re looking for:
• 3 to 5+ years of direct experience managing lead generation campaigns
• Mastery of Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube) and Meta Lead Ads
• Skilled in full-funnel optimization and budget management
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking
• Strong communicator with a strategic and proactive mindset
• Bonus: Experience in education or beauty industries or with heatmaps and landing page builders
