--- Hiring: Freelance Growth Marketer / Micro-Agency

We’re launching a new DTC brand at the intersection of fitness & beauty, with a unique product line that blends aesthetics and performance. Our product lines aren’t just repackaged versions of products already on the market — we’re introducing a new use case and basically creating a category that doesn’t meaningfully exist yet.

We’ve had a strong presence on Amazon for the past 3 years, but we’re now focused on building a real, long-term DTC brand — with its own site, voice, and customer base. Brand identity and Shopify site are ready — now we need a hands-on growth partner to own the marketing and take us from launch to traction.

What you’ll own:
• Full-funnel growth: strategy, execution, and optimization
• Influencer & UGC content pipeline
• Paid social (Meta focus), retention (Klaviyo), light CRO
• Managing a limited marketing budget for maximum ROI
Who we’re looking for:
• A freelancer or lean team that thrives in budget-conscious, early-stage launches
• Experience in DTC (especially in beauty, wellness, or fitness)
You’ll work directly with the founder — quick decisions, no red tape. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, not just another client slot.
