Hey guys,
Be aware of AWIN (old shareasale)! ⚠️ I was recently on Shark Tank and it drove a lot of additional traffic to our website. We have an AWIN account and the publishers that normally drive very little rev share on a monthly basis all of sudden racked up thousands in commission bc of the traffic Shark Tank sent us. AWIN so far has no “contact us”. I had to manually deny hundreds of transactions that did not earn their commission. For anyone who is on AWIN or thinking about it I highly do not recommend them. I am currently looking to close my account and no response from them. Does anyone here have a contact there? I’m looking to close my account ASAP.
We recently closed our ShareASale account and started the process by opening merchant support ticket.
@Brad Baxter Thanks brad! how recent? before or after July? there is no longer a shareasale website - it goes to AWIN now.

Got it. I was finally able to find the right email to close my account. If anyone needs it let me know.
Yes please @Lisa Li would love to have this on hand. I hate the new Awin interface.. it's so confusing.
What platform did you end up moving to?

TBH that's the nature of 90% of the affiliate industry, not just that platform
