What's the best way to negotiate lower processing fees with Stripe in 2025? Earlier this year, they told me they can offer a price agreement once we hit 3 consecutive months of processing $100k+. After hitting that threshold for more than 3 months, they then informed me our AOV is too high (it's <$100) and too many of our customers pay with Amex. Any advice here?

@Nate D For us what worked is that we got multiple different quote for other Psp and ask them to align or we switch. They made a better offer but we switched anyway.

@Kim Mazzilli Did you provide some kind of proof for those quotes? I threatened to switch after they came back and said they couldn't offer better pricing, but they didn't budge. For context, we processed $200k through them last month and will grow that each month for the rest of the year.

We didn't but (they didn't asked), but with shared the pricing of the different quote. They made and effort on their new quote but in the end we switched to Mollie. @Nate D
