We’ve built a custom app that handles out of stock products and offers users alternatives that are in stock based on a list of fallback SKUs. We’ve seen some amazing results on our store and I’m thinking of turning it in to a public app. Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions welcome 🙏

Throwing it out there is pretty low-commitment if you want to test the waters. You’ve already built it, after all. Make some noise in your network of ecomm operators and you should be able to see if people like it (like it = buy and their customers use it). It doesn’t have to be a perfect experience. You can iterate as you go.
There are more than a few Shopify developers on this channel, maybe they can help you out.
