Okendo has some good tools for reviews and you can give bonuses for video and images. Moved to them for some smaller brands from Yotpo.

If you are selling on Amazon, we had a demo recently from https://www.productwind.com/ - really interesting offering combining UGC with Amazon SEO, big part of it is reviews.

One super no-brainer way to increase the number of reviews you collect if you're using Okendo is to just make the review request email interactive - it's one of the few platforms that doesn't make the form interactive by default so you have to set it up that way.
