Shipping: Our 3PL (located in California) uses ShipStation. They use USPS first class shipping which cost ranges around $4-$6 per package. We make bras. (1 to 2 bras per package in a polybag)
• Is anyone familiar with Shipstation and can say if there is another method besides UPSPS first class we should send?
• Is this insane amount for domestic shipping or normal?

Not an insane amount, but there are cheaper alternatives.

The real issue is sending out of California where you average a dramatically higher per piece charge than the Midwest or East coast due to the population to zone distribution.

Shoot me those weights in a DM and I can illustrate that with a chart

Those are normal prices but If your 3pl has a lot of scale they can usually get lower rates from DHL ecom or UPS mail innovations

Hey Emma,

Sorry don’t know much about ShipStation. But happy to make an intro to ShipHero (another popular app in the same space)

Again can’t really say about what they’ll offer as shipping rate
I now doesn’t exactly solve your problem

Shiphero uses Shippo for their internal rates, which only provide for USPS. There’s no equivalent option like Shipstation
