Looking for offer tool recommendations!

We would like to create a decoy offer for our client. which Shopify apps support adding 3 offers to the product page (like in Spacegoods the example)?

Yeah so to clarifying this, we would like to display 3 buy more save more offers, and position the middle offer as the best value one.
