Is anyone working with performance/growth marketers on a base + performance basis? I’m thinking of ways to structure work that accounts for the direct revenue I bring in. Trying to keep it as simple as possible so thinking bonus for hitting certain benchmarks but curious your thoughts as well

Percent of rev/profit is the most aligned. But no matter what, you’re going to be giving or taking credit away from activities that are not associated with the marketer.
