I've been thinking about trying to create a community around my 2nd time purchasers where I can offer them free samples for feedback, get ideas on new products to launch, use them for testing new products, etc. Curious if anyone has tried this and been successful? If so, where is the best place to do this? Slack/Discord?

Seems like building a community around your repeat customer base could really help them stay engaged with the brand and you could roll out some cool things to that audience.

Curious to hear anyones thoughts/experiences here!

i think it really depends on who your best customers are and if they have time and interest to be in a community like that. Mine are busy execs and so I find 1 to 1 emails much more effective in nurturing brand loyalty and feedback.

Heyo - I work at the subscription platform Skio & just raised this as a feature request to see if there are any ways to incentivize subscribers to leave reviews - i.e. 'let us know how you liked PRODUCT X and we'll toss in a free gift /discount on your next order" - will keep you posted on any progress/ other possible solutions here! thanks for the idea!

Absolutely go where your customers are. And that's usually Facebook Groups (even though I personally hate FB)

Same here, this is in our plan for next year.
