Hi guys! Not sure if this is the right channel but I'm seeking advice on partnerships. I'm stuck in a partnership where I don't feel like my two other partners contribute enough or have the same ambition as I do. Does anyone has experience and advice on how to deal with such situations? Thanks.

The first step is to review any contracts or agreements that you have with the other two partners. Are there standards set for performance. In the absence of that, create a paper trail of your challenges in case they try to challenge you in court. Send both a letter outlining the things that you want them to do first.
I would recommend that you do a reflection exercise where you go back and see why you all got together and what has changed so far. Without judging, try and understand the why of the changes in your partners
